Each week when we meet together as a unified body of believers in Jesus Christ, the music ministry of Grace Church seeks to nurture this single intent – to exalt and worship our God. Through a diverse style of songs and music, our adult worship choir, praise teams, instrumentalists, small groups, and soloists lead the congregation toward an overflow of personal and corporate worship. Each individual aspect of the music ministry at Grace Church is blended together for the purpose of building relationships with people and with God. We are currently looking to expand our worship teams at Grace Church. We are looking for piano/keyboard, bass, acoustic guitar and drum players to play in our Sunday a.m. and p.m. services. We also have positions in our A/V department.
Our Adult Worship Choir:
- Sings every a.m. and an occasional p.m. service
- Meets for practice every Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.
- Meets at 10:45 a.m. on Sundays for warm-up
- Faithfulness to practice and services expected
- Church membership not required
- No auditions required
Our Instrumentalists:
- Play for our Sunday a.m. and p.m. services
- Meet for practice every Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.
- Meet at 9 a.m. on Sundays for warm-up
- Faithfulness to practice and services expected
- Demonstrate proficiency in your instrument
- Church membership not required
The Praise Team, Small Groups & Soloists:
- Five rotating praise teams consisting of three or more
- Small groups/soloists sing in Sunday a.m. and p.m. services
- Praise team, small groups/soloists chosen mostly from choir
- Faithfulness to practice and services expected
- Church membership not required
Our Technologies Team:
- Provide audio, visual (lyrical presentation) and video support
- Simulcast services to lobby, children’s and infant areas
- Utilize parental paging system for nurseries/toddlers
- Provide sermons on CD/DVD upon request
- Broadcast Sunday a.m. services on GPAT
- Team faithfulness expected
