During the month of June, we will be studying apologetics during the evening Sunday services at 5:30 PM. Guest speakers include Keaton Halley of Creation Ministries, Robert Kornegay of Ratio Christi, and others.
Sunday Teen Session: “What Threatens Your Faith?" — A dialogue into the intellectual and cultural battles that threaten the foundation of Christian beliefs.
Sunday AM: “Why is Apologetics Important for the Church?" — A close look at 1 Peter 3:15 and what it means to always be prepared to make a defense.
Sunday PM: "Bad World. Good God?" — Answering one of the most difficult challenges to Christian theism.

Speaker - Keaton Halley and Ronald Davis
Ron has been married for almost 27 years to Kristi, and they have two daughters, Emilee (19) and Alyssa (17). Ron has been in full-time ministry for twenty-six years in the following capacities: high school teacher, associate pastor, college administrator, college professor, evangelist and youth conference director. He has volunteered for Ratio Christi during the past two semesters at ECU. Ron has earned a Master of Ministry, a Master of Divinity, and is currently in the dissertation phase of a PhD in Theology and Apologetics from Liberty University’s School of Divinity. Ron has a passion to help young people grow in their faith and be prepared to face the intellectual and spiritual battles of modern American culture.
